(e) om te intimideren, misbruiken, beledigen, schaden, belasteren, kleineren, te bedreigen of te discrimineren op basis van geslacht, seksuele geaardheid, religie, etniciteit, ras, leeftijd, nationale afkomst of handicap;
(f) om valse of misleidende informatie te verstrekken;
(g) om virussen of enige andere vorm van kwaadaardige code te uploaden of te verzenden;
(h) om de dienst of enige verwante website, andere websites of het internet te verstoren of te omzeilen;
(i) om persoonlijke informatie van anderen te verzamelen of te volgen;
(j) voor spam, phishing, pharming, pretext, spider, crawl of scrape;
(k) voor obscene of immorele doeleinden;
(l) om de beveiligingsfuncties van de dienst of een verwante website, andere websites of het internet te omzeilen of te verstoren.Wij behouden ons het recht voor om je gebruik van de dienst of een verwante website te beëindigen wegens overtreding van enig verboden gebruik.

‍SECTIE 13 - SCHADELOOSSTELLING Je stemt ermee in om Madmax Shop en onze moedermaatschappij, dochterondernemingen, gelieerde ondernemingen, partners, functionarissen, directeuren, agenten, contractanten, licentiegevers, dienstverleners, onderaannemers, leveranciers, stagiairs en werknemers te vrijwaren van elke claim of eis.

‍SECTIE 14 - SCHEIDBAARHEID Indien een bepaling van deze gebruiksvoorwaarden onwettig, nietig of onafdwingbaar wordt geacht, blijft deze bepaling toch afdwingbaar voor zover toegestaan door de toepasselijke wetgeving, en wordt het niet-afdwingbare gedeelte geacht te zijn gescheiden van deze gebruiksvoorwaarden.

‍SECTIE 15 - BEËINDIGING De verplichtingen en aansprakelijkheden van de partijen die zijn ontstaan vóór de beëindigingsdatum blijven bestaan na de beëindiging van deze overeenkomst. Deze gebruiksvoorwaarden zijn van kracht tenzij en totdat ze door jou of ons worden beëindigd.

‍SECTIE 16 - VOLLEDIGE OVEREENKOMST Het niet uitoefenen of handhaven van enig recht of bepaling van deze gebruiksvoorwaarden vormt geen verklaring van afstand van dat recht of die bepaling. Deze gebruiksvoorwaarden en alle beleidsregels of werkregels die door ons op deze site of met betrekking tot de dienst zijn geplaatst vormen de volledige overeenkomst.

‍SECTIE 17 - TOEPASSELIJK RECHT Deze gebruiksvoorwaarden en alle afzonderlijke overeenkomsten waarbij wij jou diensten verlenen worden beheerst door en geïnterpreteerd in overeenstemming met de wetten van België.

‍SECTIE 20 - HERROEPINGSRECHT VOOR CONSUMENTEN Als consument heb je het recht om je bestelling binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst zonder opgave van reden te herroepen. Om gebruik te maken van je herroepingsrecht moet je ons via een ondubbelzinnige verklaring per e-mail of post op de hoogte stellen van je beslissing. Na herroeping ontvang je alle betalingen die je tot op dat moment hebt gedaan terug, inclusief leveringskosten (met uitzondering van eventuele extra kosten ten gevolge van je keuze voor een andere leveringswijze). Je dient de producten zo snel mogelijk, maar in ieder geval binnen 14 dagen na de herroeping, aan ons terug te sturen.
